So, I started a new job at the Bannock County

Treasurers Office. This week we are stuffing 25,000-

30,000 tax notices. So, I thought that I would make a cake to 

thank the volunteers who came to help us.

 This cake really challenged me mentally.

My friend, who asked me to make this for her dad,

believed in me all along. I, however, doubted myself. 

It is so good to be on this side of doubt, to see that 

I am capable of being stretched out of my comfort zone

 and accomplishing something like this.
